As we’re all reflecting on the past year, and the year ahead, I’ve been thinking of a couple of guiding questions for myself:
- Did I make the difference I wanted to?
- How can I increase my impact in the year ahead?
I fundamentally believe that all of us are inherently valuable AND that we have value to contribute back to our families and communities.
It’s not about being perfect or saintly or better-than. It’s not about a FB post that shows how “good” we are. It’s not about proving or besting.
It’s about using our strengths, skills, and power to really be leaders in our lives (and make the world a better place along the way). It’s about seeing ourselves in the biggest, fullest light possible and what we’re truly capable of creating in our lives. That’s what this episode it about. I can’t wait to hear what comes up for you when you listen.
