I’m still on the hunt for the elusive answer to the challenges of “work-life-balance” and “having it all,” as a driven, passionate, successful, mom in the 21st century.
I don’t have the million dollar solution, but I’ve given it a lot of thought, and I do have some suggestions for how we can do both motherhood and career simultaneously. Because what I know for sure, is that we desperately need women’s voices and influence in all sectors of leadership as well as within our families.
In today’s show I share my own stories of trying to balance work and family (sometimes well and sometimes… not so much).
I also give several ways that I believe we can support ourselves, and each other, in balancing our professional desires with being a mom.
It’s hard as hell sometimes. And, we need to keep going for it…
And we can’t do it alone. And the world needs women’s voices.
And children need their moms. And we need our sanity 🙂
